Terms of service
Please read these terms carefully before ordering from our website. By placing an order, you accept them.
1. About us
bongo-kids.com is operated by Bongo Kids, an Egyptian company established in 1995 and specialising in children's wear.

2. Who can order
You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter into a contract.
3. How the contract is formed
After you place an order, we send you an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement is not acceptance of your order. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch the goods.
We may decline or cancel an order at any point before dispatch — for example where an item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, where we cannot verify your details, or where we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
If you make a mistake with your order, email sales@bongo-kids.com or message us on WhatsApp at 01000935265 as soon as possible.
4. Your details
When you place an order, you confirm that the details you give us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the payment method used, and that there are sufficient funds or cash available to cover the goods and delivery.
Please tell us as soon as possible if any of these details change.
5. Products, colours and availability
We work hard to display our products accurately, but screens vary and colours may appear slightly different from the actual item.
Our sizes follow our own size charts, based on our own patterns. Please check them rather than assuming they match another brand's sizing.
All products are subject to availability.
6. Prices and payment
We accept cash on delivery. We are working on adding other payment methods, including credit and debit cards.
Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated separately and shown at checkout before you pay.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to sell it at that price. We will contact you to either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it and refund you in full.
You will receive an order number and a confirmation email at the end of your transaction. Please keep all receipts, emails and order numbers until your order arrives and you have checked its condition.
7. Your right to cancel
To cancel an order, contact us on WhatsApp at 01000935265 or by email at sales@bongo-kids.com.
If you are contracting as a consumer in Egypt and cancel within 14 days of delivery, you receive a full refund of the price paid for the products, issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back from you.
If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to stop the items being sent to you, so you will still need to return the products once they arrive. Please take reasonable care of anything you plan to return, and do not wear or use it.
8. Returns and exchanges
If an item does not fit, or you simply do not like what you received, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange it. The item must be unworn, unwashed and un-ironed, in its original packaging, with the price tag and brand label still attached.
To start a return:
- Message us on WhatsApp at 01000935265 with your order number
- Re-pack the item in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached
- Securely attach the original delivery label to the parcel
- Hand it to our courier at the collection time we agree with you

9. Delivery
We deliver all over Egypt, including Cairo, Alexandria, Tanta, El Mahalla, Suez, Mansoura and more. Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
10. Intellectual property
Our name, logo, product designs, prints and artwork, photography and the text on this site belong to Bongo Kids or our licensors, and are protected by law.
You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it commercially without our written permission. Our prints are original designs and we do enforce this.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use this site fraudulently, attempt to interfere with it or gain unauthorised access to it, or copy our content for commercial use. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who does.
12. Reviews and content you post
If you post a review, comment or photo, you confirm it is yours to post, and you give us permission to display and use it in our marketing. Please do not post anything unlawful, misleading or offensive. We may remove content at our discretion.
13. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Egyptian law, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the site at the time you placed it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
